Knock on wood, but what an amazing summer! A few weeks ago in Canso, the fog rolled in to give Sarah & Ben a mix of sun & fog on their wedding day, resulting in another spectacular evening that only the Maritimes can offer. I knew their wedding would a great time, especially after our fun engagement session a few months earlier. A lot of their guests traveled from Maine and the Northeastern States and definitely had a blast celebrating with the newlyweds … in fact I once again had a hard time saying goodbye and ended up staying later than normal. Ask my wife … I have a tendancy to lose track of time, especially in the middle of a good party.

A few months earlier, Sara traveled to Halifax for a “Knock Your Socks Off” boudoir session, a gift she wanted to give her groom to be on their wedding day. Judging by the look on his face, I’d say he loved it. Speaking of boudoir, if you’re for looking for a sexy gift for that special someone this holiday season (or any season), book an unbridled boudoir session.

I wish Sara and Ben the best of luck as the newlyweds head to Korea to teach for a year! That actually reminds me of funny story (not sure my parents are ready to find it “funny” quite yet!) about the time I went to Korea to teach…I didn’t quite make it a year…or even a week, but that’s a whole other story on my journey to finding my passion as a photographer…these two teachers definitely seem to have their act together, so I know they will have an amazing experience! Ben and Sara – I really have really enjoyed getting to know you guys throughout the year with your engagement session and boudoir sessions and topping it off with your fabulous wedding day! Congrats!
