Ashley and Jeff are both avid cyclists, live active lifestyles and totally embrace everything that life has to offer. Their wedding was definitely an emotional day. Aside from the bride and groom, there were a few other people who played a big part in the day and made a huge impact on me (and many of the guests in attendance): Coady, the ring bearer, along with his Dad and the beautiful memory his Mom (Jeff’s sister) who recently passed away due to cancer. Ashley and Jeff had stressed prior to their wedding that they wanted to make sure her memory was honored in a positive way throughout their day … and they did a superb job. I have to say, they gave us all a lesson on the importance of friends and family that we won’t soon forget.

I came across your website and have to say that I’ve never seen wedding photos quite like yours. Breathtaking Jeff! They’re all so great but the barn shot with the guys is amazing! Can’t wait to see what’s next!
Bar has been raised. Love the Barn shot with the guys!! epic.
Stunning. Absolutely stunning.
We traveled to Ontario earlier this month for Louise and Eduardo’s wedding at the Queenston Heights Resturant in Niagara Falls, set at the foot of Brock’s Monument overlooking the beautiful Niagara River. The bride and groom traveled from Switzerland along with guests who came from all over the world to be a part of their day. And they definitely made the most of their time together with lots of traditional Spanish singing and dancing and heartfelt moments with their friends and family. I really loved how these first two images sort of mirrored each other and you have to admit, for two physicists, they sure had a lot chemistry …

Such beautiful images for an even more beautiful Bride! Thanks again for having us be a part of your special day! We wish you and your hubby a long life of happiness and laughter together! xo – Paje & Vik
These are truly the most amazing wedding pictures i’ve seen. The technical prowess is fantastic but you’ve also really brought the people and their personalities to life. I only wish you were in Scotland so you could photograph our wedding!
Your use of reflections and mirrors is brilliant. How do you see shots like that?
Jeff – really great work! I love your perspective and colours. Very inspiring!
How Beautiful!
Erica + Tyler’s outdoor wedding was held at the beautiful Muir Murray Estate Winery, located in Wolfville in Nova Scotia, Canada. This couple has a very sweet love story, actually having met at the ages of 8 & 9. Due to rain earlier in the day (surprise, surprise) their intimate ceremony was moved inside, but the rain soon cleared up and everyone partied until the late hours of the morning. With friends flown in from all over the world, including Germany, where Erica and Tyler currently live, their reception was full of laughs, singing, and DANCING. Their day was also entirely do-it-yourself. From the custom-made seating plan with button name tags, vintage type-written guest book, their fantastic vegan dinner and, of course, the vineyard setting – it was a really fun wedding to be a part of! One memorable moment … while outside for a photo with some sparklers, it somehow ended up as a flash mob dancing to Michael Jackson’s Thriller …

Thanks for sharing these pictures Debbie. You have lots of grounds for bragging. What a lovely couple! The photos are gorgeous and very creative. Looks like everyone was having a great time. Including bride’s Mom & Dad (Loved that kiss. Still a spark in there!) You had that gorgeous glint in your eye. Miss you. Set a date, a time and a place and I will be there. Hugs, Danielle
A gorgeous couple and the bride is so beautiful! I really like the photo of Tyler and Erica looking stunned by Debbie and Stu’s kiss……
Thanks Debbie for sharing. X0XOXOX

Wow Jeff!! Safe to say that you always blow me away. What a precious wedding! Love the shots – especially Thriller!! What a moment to capture! And a stunning couple!! Well done.
Your pictures are just wonderful, we so wish we could have been there, you both look so happy and having a a whale of a time. Look forward to seeing you both back in Scotland soon. Love Morag Duncan and family.
Jeff and Jenn! As mother & father of the bride, we are so thrilled with the many special, sweet, and fun moments that you have captured. Wonderful memories of Erica & Tyler’s very special day!! Thank you!!
JEFF!!!! I can’t stop looking at the photos! SO in love with them! Thanks again for everything! e.
Tyler and Erica – Congratulations on your wedding! Your wedding photos are beautiful and Chris said it was the most fun, “ever”. So happy for you. Wishing you a wonderful life together. Shirley and Gerard
Beautiful photos! That one by the water was fantastic! Thanks for the great night and all the small touches. Everyone had an awesome time! Your Co-MC.
Jenn and I headed down to Windhorse Farm in New Germany on June 21st for Tony & Jasmine’s noon wedding vows – at the exact start of summer solstaice. I have to say that a noon wedding on a Tuesday was a first for me, and the beautiful, organic setting/summer solstaice theme perfectly suited the couple and their intimate wedding. We really enjoyed getting to know all of their closest friends and family, tasting some amazing, locally-grown food and, of course, exploring the incredible setting with the newlyweds! What a great way to kick off the summer!

The first “green wedding” at Windhorse Farm! Couldn’t be better. Thanks for being here with such presence, inspiration and
LOVE! Jim and Margaret Drescher
Beautiful pictures for sure!
These pictures are outstanding Jeff & Jenn!! You guys have out done yourselves..
Congrats to the newly weds!
Adorable!!! Love the flying dirt shot. What perfect photos! Very unique and the setting perfectly compliments the personalities of the couple (based on the photos). Great work!
Absolutely STUNNING! The shot of the dirt flying is FABulous!!!
What an absolutely beautiful .. and delightful .. choice of settings for this wedding. I don’t even know the couple, but it seems to perfectly fit their personalities as depicted by these photos. Great creativity shown in wedding sites, photo shots, inclusion of animals, barnyards, and props. If this is an example of the photographers abilities, by all means … CALL HIM!
I have to say, stellar shots! Quite the unique wedding! Very different, cute and completely refreshing. Amazing work Jeff (and congrats to the wonderful couple).
Oh my goodness, happened to run across these pix via facebook and have to say they are the most wonderful wedding pix I can imagine, the setting and the phenomenal (and I rarely use that word) photography, not to mention a fun and great looking couple…wow. Now I know why I never did weddings and in fact why I did not continue any commercial photography…never had the training, the eye for this look (which I LOVE) or the interest in digital technology. Just totally loving this series of pix, my only hope being the couple had time to enjoy their wedding party in the midst of all this fine photo shoot! Great job!
Fantastic wedding! I’d love to see more – what an adorable couple, beautiful setting and charming wedding. Love the pics – thanks for sharing Jeff!
While looking through the old photographs my parents had taken over the years, I was amazed at all the candid moments they captured – bath time, dinner time, potty training, Christmas, Halloween, birthday parties, or just something that we all loved to do as a family … everything was so well documented and reflected exactly who we are as a family. The way that I usually love taking photos around my house is to let the kids take the lead while I just hang out in the background with my camera, catching moments that are much like the ones stored in my parents albums, but done my way. The style that I wanted to offer clients is similar – I tag along while they go about a daily routine or favourite family activity while we capture a series of moments that truly reflects their family dynamic – as candid and creative as they want it to be. A perfect example is our session with the Ross family. After meeting at a wedding this past summer, we set a date to stop by during their typical dinner time routine…

Kimi and Scott met in the world of Sport. Kimi is an Olympian in snowboarding and Scott trains amateur athletes as one of the Canadian Sport Center’s exercise physiologists. So naturally, their engagement shoot incorporated their active lifestyles with a bit of running and walking around the city…

Beautiful!!
We recently had the opportunity to photograph a wedding in the Juno Tower at Stadacona Canadian Forces Naval base for a great couple (who I’m keeping anonymous given the work the groom is currently involved with). The groomsmen had an interesting game they’ve been playing since basic training … anytime that someone says the word “mine”, they have to do 10 pushups. For example, one groomsmen would hold up a set of keys and ask who owns them, to which someone replied, “oh they’re mine”. Drop and give me 10! Of course, I ended up participating in the tradition and there were a lot of pushups throughout the day. In fact, at the end of the night, I owed 40 and it ended up being the push I needed to get myself back into a good workout routine. So, the next day, I finally called up a best friend who is one of the owners / trainers over at CrossFit Exertion, signed up and now I’m hooked! As for the couple, they took a break from the pushups and party to check out the stunning views from the top of the tower … and of course we followed along.

Amazing, amazing amazing!! We knew the pics were going to be stunning but you went beyond that! Holy crap! If this is just a “taste” of whats to come we will be breathless to say the least.GLAD YOU ‘ENJOYED’ the 40!! See the bride had to pump off a couple sets too! You are a talent beyond words! Thank-you,thank you for such a memorable day! We ALL had a blast.
Wow. Absolutely stunning! The black and white photo looks like a scene from a classic movie!
Washington DC is a fantastic city. We recently headed down to DC for a couple of shoots and while there, not only did we get to play tourist (and be escorted off the Capitol by the secret service because of some off camera flash confusion), but we also got to spend some time with my good friends Ieva and Mr. Todd who showed us around the town. As they called it, it was a wicked weekend in Washington.

Just to clarify, the honeymoon is just technically over, but Mindy & Colin, of course, are still blissful newlyweds! Since Mindy happens to work with my wife, I knew that today is the dreaded first day back in the office after her and Colin’s wedding and Hawaiian honeymoon. I think she had about a month off of work in total, so we thought it might be fun to post a few shots from their gorgeous ceremony and reception at the Lord Nelson Hotel to help ease her into her first day back at work. Welcome back & congrats to the happy couple!!

They’re beautiful, thank you for being a part of such a wonderful day and capturing such amazing moments!
I’m pretty sure that song is the theme of my summer at this point! Marc and Stephanie picked a beautiful location for their wedding day and, even with heavy rain, Grand Pre Winery was gorgeous. The staff served great food, created a warm, intimate atmosphere and, of course, provided amazing, local wine for toasting the couple! We got pretty wet, some of my gear started shorting out and I had to change socks a few times, but it still turned out to be a great day.

Your pictures are stunningly beautiful! Congratulations!!!
Amazingly creative shots with so much rain!!
I have never seen a wedding in the rain look more beautiful! Awesome work!
It was Fisher’s first time visiting the beach and despite the look he gave us after his first splash from the ocean, he had blast (as did Erin + Davey). It actually reminded of Sadie’s first trip to the beach when she basically froze in terror at the sight of the incoming waves … and now we can’t get her out of the water. It was a really fun shoot with a wonderful family and we’re looking forward to their wedding this coming weekend!

Adorable! The look on his cute face is priceless! A beautiful family portrait and wonderful moment captured!
Although Meaghan and Rick were married down south earlier this year, they were looking for an engagement and creative bridal shoot closer to home. So they contacted Liam Hennessey of Applehead Studio and myself, and we came up with a plan to collaborate on both shoots. It was a lot of fun watching Meaghan and Rick push each other off cliffs after shooting each other with (paintball) guns …
