A Belle Côte Wedding

Posted by Jenn – I’m sighing really deep breaths from an overlow of love that I have for this wedding. Jeff and I found ourselves so at ease with all of Jodi & Gabe’s family & friends that it was truly sad when we shot the last frame at the reception knowing that our time with this amazing family was over … we were the last to leave, but it’s so hard putting the camera down when you’re having that much fun! Their wedding was the perfect celebration of everything Jodi & Gabe … held at Jodi’s family home in in Belle Côte, Cape Breton, their wedding day was relaxed and intimate. Lots of laughter, hugs, kisses, & happy tears were shed and I was thrilled to be there to witness it all & capture every moment alongside Jeff. Their reception was held at the beautiful Island Sunset … a venue that certainly lived up to it’s name as we were treated to one of the most amazing sunsets ever. And the food at their reception was fresh and delicious – provided by a close friend of Jodi and Gabe’s who owns a local organic farm. Guests danced the night away to the sounds of Hawco, and then got a little crazy for the photo booth that we set up later in the evening. A very big thanks to Jodi, Gabe and all of their family and friends – you hold a special place in our hearts and we couldn’t be more happy for the two (soon to be three) of you.
